These can all be run either as a 1.5 hour talk (or webinar)

This supports teachers in developing brilliant communication skills which are useful not only in the classroom and staff room, but also with parents who are upset, concerned or even confrontational about what may be going on for their child. The techniques are highly applicable to all areas of one's life. This talk/workshop covers:
How to feel calm and confident when faced with upset or aggressive parents
Ways to defuse confrontational situations
The importance of using positive language patterns
How to give constructive feedback to parents about various situations
How to actively listen and how to be heard
